Mount Edward Stevens' Pinot Noir 2010

Stevens’ Vineyard, is a small .6 hectare vineyard situated on a north facing slope within the Gibbston sub region.

Aromas of dark berryfruits, spice, savoury tones and thyme. A sinewy palate full of bright fruit flavours with a delicate herbal thread throughout, and whilst somewhat of a structural wine, there is a lovely texture of soft tannin throughout the wine, all underpinned by great acidity.  A wine that exhibits sub regional traits of Gibbston in its aromatic threads and vineyard characters with its delicate austerity.

Bottled in August 2011, released June 2012 - 42 cases only – Gibbston Single Vineyard.
