Try our original Pet Nat, dry and refreshing with the extra twist of being disgorged, that is clean and clear with no haziness or cloudiness. This is a twist on a regular Pet Nat in which we don't retain all the yeast and sediment rather clean up the wine like a traditional champagne, the result being a fresh and dry Pet Nat with a crisp clean sparkling texture. In the same pair you also have our Mount Edward Pinot Blanc. A long time favourite made from exactly the same grapes with a more delicate texture, still not sparkling with flavours of citrus and stone fruit, mineral notes with refreshing acidity. Summer whites both at their finest.
