Pet Nat  - natural sparkling wine, this made from Pinot Blanc. Dry, Crisp and Delicious

Essentially bottling fermenting wine before it has finished, resulting in a almost Prosecco like cross between wine and grape juice, simple and pure with refreshing flavours and lower alcohol. The wine is cloudy abit like apple juice or a cider recently made, refreshing and simply smashable with just the right amount of fizz.
