Pet Nat - natural sparkling wine, this made from Chenin Blanc. Essentially bottling fermenting wine before it has finished, resulting in a delicious cross between wine and grape juice, simple and pure with refreshing flavours and lower alcohol. The wine is cloudy, a bit like apple juice or a cider, recently made, refreshing and simply smashable with just the right amount of fizz. This is off dry with just the right amount of acidity. Chill it, open it and drink it - never mind the spritzer use an ice cube, whatever - this is the drink for summer.
