Vintage Wine release; 2008 Mount  Edward Pinot Noir

A  vintage wine for our cellar club,  limited  24 bottle release, first in first served.

Vintage 2008, a relatively warm year in Central Otago with wines reminiscent of our current 2018 wines, a long hot summer, that have a light delicate texture with an equally fine tannin structure, almost atypical in style. Palate wise fruits have evolved from savoury and herbal notes and aromatics  into a a compote of spice redolent of aged Christmas cake. A serious elegant older balanced wine.
