A tasting of Mount Edward comprises current release wines, we also have an array of library, older vintage and special edition wines available for tasting , plus offer wine education, vineyard, winemaking  and educational talks as add ons. All our wines from current release to limited edition cellar club wines are listed here.

Our Tapas menu is specially designed for each our wines, our cuisine is lighter and small sized, regionally inspired with flavours matched to your cellar door tasting, our Tapas menu can be found below Our full  menu is subject to booking availability  whilst an abbreviated menu is available at all times.  Please enquire when booking.

The Experience

As fine wine producers blending tradition with innovation, we seek unique
perspectives on classic varieties.

All our wines are organic, naturally grown at our estate owned regeneratively farmed vineyards here in Central Otago.

Premium Single Vineyards, older vintages, unique whites, sparkling Pet Nats,
Gamay, Orange wine, and a number of New Zealand firsts alongside classic varieties and leading them all Central Otago Pinot Noir .

Whether a current release cellar tasting or a more in depth library tasting, we will create a bespoke wine experience based around what you would like to try.

  • Trio of walnuts, salted, savoury, balsamic
  • Prawn toast with a twist, ginger soy sauce, furikake
  • Gildas; Cheese stuffed peppers, green olives, pickled pepper, gherkin & anchovy 
  • Duck & pork rillette, tamarind, duck fat oat cracker 
  • Wild thyme & blue cheese roll with borage honey & walnuts 
  • Roasted cauliflower, hazelnut & apple salad, orange cream cheese 
  • Eggplant & ricotta koftas, arrabiata sauce, greens

  • Pork & bok choy dumplings, ponzu sauce
